3. The Design Concept and Presentation Plan

The designer now takes all the site information and knowledge of your needs and returns to the drawing board to design and create an initial conceptual, scale drawing. It is at this stage, when the concept drawing is presented and explained to you, that any necessary or desired changes can and should be made. This drawing becomes the base for the fully detailed final presentation plan.

Further drawings that may be required are: construction drawings to show the details to build certain structural elements, projection drawings such as sections, elevations and axonometrics. All these help to see and explain the plan in greater detail.

There may be an additional cost for these documents.
